Paul is inviting talented designers, graphic designers and illustrators to submit graphic art inspired by his critically acclaimed solo albums ‘McCartney’ and ‘McCartney II’.

Designers can draw inspiration from ‘Maybe I’m Amazed’ from ‘McCartney’ and ‘Coming Up’ from ‘McCartney II’.

The winning design will be personally selected by Paul before being signed and framed in high quality lithograph and exhibited in the ‘Idea Generation’ gallery in London.

Paul said "Have fun with this competition. I look forward to seeing the amazing artwork that you are all going to produce and I encourage you to feel free and basically have a scribbling good time."

In addition, the winner will receive global exposure by being featured right here on PaulMcCartney.com and Paul's Facebook page. They will also win some enviable goodies and $1,000.

The deadline for submissions is August 16, 2011, with voting between August 17th and 23rd.

The winner will be announced on September 14th, 2011.
