On July 19th Paul took to the stage at Safeco Field in Seattle, the first time he'd performed in the city since 2005. It would prove to be a concert that fans will talk about for years.
Having played 'Day Tripper' at the beginning of the encore, Paul welcomed to the stage Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear - all former members of the band Nirvana. The quartet then proceeded to play 'Cut Me Some Slack', a song written and recorded especially for Grohl's documentary about Sound City Studios.
But the fun didn't end there! The crowd were then delighted by Paul and his band playing 'Get Back', 'Long Tall Sally', 'Helter Skelter' and 'Golden Slumbers / Carry That Weight / The End' augmented by Grohl, Novoselic and Smear.
Tour photographer MJ Kim was on hand to capture the special night and fans can now see photos from the performance at the new "Out There" in North America collection. Check the photos out HERE!
